Damask Woven label:

  • Damask labels are most common and considered high end quality woven labels.
  • Damask labels are durable and have the ability to present highest detailed designs through
    high definition weaving.
  • Damask weaving displays complex designs and letters with bright solid colors.
  • The only disadvantage with damask labels is its higher cost compared to satin and taffeta.
Satin Woven label:
Taffeta Woven label:

  • Taffeta labels are simple and the most inexpensive woven labels.
  • Taffeta labels are similar to damask labels, but are woven at a lower compression ratio.
  • Ability to display bold solid colors and detailed designs not possible with satin labels.
  • Taffeta labels are one of the most popular types of woven labels.
  • Widely used for basic, care content, and care instruction labels.
  • Very high quality labels at cost effective pricing.

    Taffeta Reverse Woven Labels

    • Taffeta labels woven on reverse side.
    • Same as regular taffeta, but with a "textured" feel.
    • Slightly raised lettering and design.
    • Gives label a unique look and feel.

    Taffeta Twill Woven Labels

    • Taffeta twill labels are basically the same as taffeta labels.
    • Only difference is texture of the label.
    • Twill labels have a "rough texture" look.
Adhesive Backing Woven Label:
  • Woven label with adhesive backing.
  • Can be made of Taffeta, Damask, or Satin.
  • Pressure sensitive label.
  • Non-permanent peel-off label.
  • Can be applied to clothing, or shoes.

    Iron-On Woven Labels

    • Taffeta, Damask, or Satin labels with iron-on backing.
    • Permanent adhesive is completely washable, and won't come off.
    • Irons on in seconds, stays on forever.

Pillow Woven Labels
  • Yarn injection Label.
  • Label is filled with yarn to give a "pillow" look.
  • Can be used for zipper pulls.
  • Recommended for use with Damask labels.

Double Face Woven Labels

  • Woven on both sides.
  • Can be produced in Satin, Taffeta, or Damask.
  • Used mostly for zipper pulls.

Embossed Woven Labels
  • Embossing is the process of creating a three-dimensional image or design
    on the label.
  • Raised lettering and designs.
  • Recommended for use with Satin labels.

Needle Loom Woven labels
  • Needle loom labels have rounded tie-knot edges.
  • Smooth edges do not irritate skin.
  • Mostly used for dress shirts.
  • Available in Satin, Taffeta, and Damask.

Up-Ground Woven Labels
  • Up-Ground Labels are a "full-body" label.
  • Label is woven with yarn on top of label.
  • Gives label a thicker appearance.
  • Available in Satin or Taffeta.

Lurex Woven Labels
  • Lurex yarn is a shiny metallic yarn.
  • Satin, Taffeta, and Damask labels can be woven with lurex yarn.
  • Available in many different colors.
  • Make your labels stand out with unique shiny lettering or designs.

Non-Woven Backing Labels
  • Non-woven backing is a type of finish for woven labels.
  • Makes label thicker, and sturdier.
  • Most commonly used for outerwear.
  • Recommended for use with Taffeta or Damask labels.

Photo Woven Labels
  • Photo weave labels are considered the best high-end quality labels.
  • Ideal for very intricate pictures, logos, and designs.
  • Allows for "photo" like quality on clothing labels.
  • Made on very soft and smooth Damask.

Over-Dyed Woven Labels
  • Satin label made to customers request.
  • Labels can be made to match any Pantone color.
  • Label is run through a dye bath to achieve desired color.

Single Weave Labels
  • Ideal for very simple looking labels.
  • Visible "gaps" in logo designs and letters.
  • Available in Damask, Taffeta, and Satin.

Types Of Labels

Label Folds

After weaving the labels we can deliver as woven labels in the below Finished forms.

Roll Form


Roll Form is where we can supply the labels to you in a continuous roll.


Cut Seal

Straight Cut or Fuse Cut is a label that has no folds and is typically sewn on all four sides, suitable for the outside of a garment or bag


Center Fold

Centre folds are clothing labels that are folded in half. So folded in the middle and usually sewn into a seam. Can also be used for sleeve and hem labels.

Loop Fold

The "loop" label is first folded in the middle or not at all, and then the two ends are sewed together into a seam.

End Folds

End folds are labels that have the left and right sides of the label tucked under the body of the label so the ends are finished. There is then space on the two sides of the label to sew it on to the garment. These are typically found in the neck of high end garments.

Mitre Fold

Mitre fold is where we have two 45 degree angles on the bottom corners of the label and the label hangs down in a fashion that is more whimsical yet elegant.


Manhattan Fold

Manhattan folds are two loops with one is small and other side is bigger of the back side. In more it is just like a centrefold label, except the top of the label is folded down, creating a flap to tuck the bottom fold into.

Book Fold

Book Folds are loop type with front side is small and other side is bigger as per the clients requirement.

Leaflet Fold

Leaflet fold are labels that are folded in three sides Uniformly with Logos on front side.

Tag Fold

Tag fold is cut and end folded on back with one side is smaller than other side.Sizes vary on order.

Zip puller Label

Yarn is injected inside the label gives this clothing label the appearance of being soft and pillow-like. Factories are also able to create great zipper pulls with your logo or name woven right into the pull. The zipper pull is simply pulled through the hole cut by laser on the zipper pull to give extra space to allow easier opening of the zipper or added identity to the garment. Wonderful for children's clothing and apparel applications.

Shaped Piercing Laser Cut Tags

This is similar to twill tape, but has more of a "canvas" look and feel by laser cut. The surface has more of a flat surface. This label is not quite as soft as the cotton twill however is still soft and 100% cotton. This type of label blends well with outdoor camping, hiking or hunting apparel. This label gives more of a rugged, rustic and country feel.

Engraving ,Numbering & Shaping

Precise letters, numbers or symbols can be engraved on the label using Galvanometric Technology Laser. Zig Zag cutting and Shaping as above are the unique in Laser.

Laser Die Cut

Die Cut laser work according to custom design, where the label has a unique shape.
